RETURN POLICY

Return policy for Manning Environmental Inc. (MEI).  We want you our customers to know we support you and stand by our product.  We make every effort to be as fair and reasonable as possible.

Overview

This overview is to provide a quick general understanding of our Privacy Policy.  If you have further concerns, please read the detailed section.
An item may be accepted as a return for 30 days from purchase.
Any product must pass our testing to confirm the item has not been damaged before it is considered returnable.
Damaged products are subject to the warranty policy.
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee
Manning Environmental is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Details

A Return is a return to MEI of an undamaged product that the customer wishes a refund on.  Returns should follow this procedure.
Contact MEI by email or phone and obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  This RMA should be labeled on the return packaging.
The item is shipped back by the customer.  MEI is not responsible for return shipping.  MEI will report any apparent shipping damage to the customer.
The item will be checked by MEI.  The results of this will be communicated to the customer.
If the items are undamaged and accepted by MEI a refund will be issued in the original form of payment minus any fees associated with the return such as restocking fee.
If the item is damaged it will be considered a warranty and subject to that policy.

The typical time for an RMA to be checked is 5 business days.  This can vary depending on the workload being either shorter or longer.
Restocking fees depend in part on the configuration of the unit and the ability of MEI to sell the unit.  This typically applies to Samplers.  Items such as strainers would normally not have a restocking fee.  Custom items are accepted as a Return at the sole discretion of MEI and are based on the ability to resell the item.
In the case that a package is lost in transit we will assist as much as possible, but the ultimate responsibility for the loss and/or delay lies with the carrier.
Manning Environmental is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the shipment of items or replacement parts to other countries. If the customer elects to abandon their shipment in lieu of paying customs, taxes, or import fees on their order or returning the item(s) to us, no refund will be given.

PRODUCT SALE FIVE-DAY GRACE PERIOD

If you purchase a product from Manning Environmental within five days before a sale, we will happily issue you a store credit for the difference between your purchase price and the sale price.
Please keep in mind that you must have bought the item no more than 5 days before the sale occurred to be eligible.
To obtain your store credit, please email a copy of your original receipt to support@manning-enviro.com with a note stating that you would like to receive a credit for an item that is now on sale.
